ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Exam Prep Course

About the course:
Spend 4 days in Vegas, and get fully prepared for your CQE exam at the same time! QMSS will be teaching the entire CQE Primer book over a four-day span. You must purchase ($70) and bring this primer to the course. The next scheduled CQE exam will take place on June 5th, 2004 through your local AQS division/section. Register before April 2, 2004

Membership in ASQ is not required, but you must meet the pre-requirements from ASQ if you want to take the exam. The exam costs $180 for ASQ Members and $285 for non-members ($50 non-refundable deposit), or $130 retake fee if you have tried to take the exam already. The exam fees are not included in this prep course.

This course is the best way to prepare for the exam. The course can also be used as a refresher of statistical tools for the ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt exam, or as an introductory course for new Quality Engineers in your company. We have prepared a report on the difference between the CQE exam and the SSBB exam. By attending this course, you will be adequately preparing yourself for most of the quality and statistical tools called out in the SSBB exam!

QMSS trainers are Certified Quality Engineers and Six Sigma Black Belts. We have successfully trained individuals for the CQE exam for the past five years. We focus on the most critical sections of the exam, and teach the fundamentals, not impractical theory and sections of the primer that are not covered in the exam.

The class will include chapter review, lectures, sample exam questions and quizzes. Each of the 11 chapters will be covered in their entirety, with thorough covering of the more difficult statistics chapters (so you don't have to be a statistician to do well on the test).

Not only will you learn what is needed to pass the CQE exam, but we guarantee that you will have a good time and learn how to apply these tools and concepts in your company. We have numerous examples of these tools (both good and bad) based on years of trying to implement and train at the companies we have worked with, and will teach it in an easy to understand format. The statistical sections (Chapters IX, X, XI) can be intimidating for many. We take the theory out of it, by utilizing real life examples that make sense to everyone and every type of industry. We will customize the examples based on the attendees.

Cost of course:
The cost of the course is only $700. QMSS accepts credit card payments through PayPal. Cancellation Policy:
There will be a $50 reservation charge if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the event (April 10, 2004). A full refund is provided if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the event. CEUs and ASQ RUs:
ASQ members will receive 3.2 RU's (0.1 RU per class hour) for attending this course, and 3.2 CEU's towards other certifications.
